What counts as a kit?
A kit is a single coverage plan for one time block on one date. Each kit produces a printable PDF packet and a mobile run-through link. Generating a kit uses one count from your monthly allocation.
What happens if we go over our monthly kit limit?
Additional kits are billed at $1.25 per kit. You’ll see a running count in your dashboard so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
Can substitutes use the run-through without the add-on?
Each plan includes a limited number of sub logins. The Sub Run-Through Access add-on ($49/month per school) removes that limit so every substitute can access the mobile view.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Prepay annually and receive 2 months free (pay for 10 months instead of 12) on any tier.
How long does school setup take?
